    Will not help you regardless of what you spent on the online membership such as Xbox live. Bought a 12month Xbox live membership cost 60$ went to put it in and says it's not activated. Went to just get a new one in replace of it and couldn't do it because it's "non returnable"

    Went into store not being from this state, ask associate where item was. First thing out of associate mouth was "If it has to do with health and beauty, which was department she was stocking in, I don't know". It first I thought she was kidding, no she wasn't. I go onto ask where was item I was looking for. She says "that is health and beauty but I do know it's down there " and pointed to direction where I may find merchandise. Not what isle or let me show, "down there". I did call her out of her name, all she did was draw up in her shoulders and laugh. After finding merchandise on my own, I proceeded to front of store and asked for manager. I spoke to manger by the name of Kathy. Explained what happened between myself and the associate. Showed her the associate and she said she would speak with her, but without me. I was fine with that, I walked around store and I did she Kathy talking to associate but not sure of what may happen. Because of this associate I will not be returning to your store. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and I would have never treated a customer like this. I never got associated name, but it left me so upset that I will not be returning to this location. I hope something is done to help your associate's have better customer service skills.

    Wasn't enough cashiers..me personally I'm in no hurry even I stood in line at least 30 minutes but I heard many many customers angth remark...i love this store but I think with a busy season as this more cashiers need to be up front if they have a slack period they always straighten the front in...
